Vista Equity Partners Rolls Fiverun Into MarketLive, Shopatron

Austin-based private equity investor Vista Equity Partners said late Thursday that it has acquried Fiverun, a developer of mobile, point of sale software, and hass combined that company with MarketLive and Shopatron. As part of that combination, Vista Equity said it has created a new company, called Kibo, which will combine all three companies into a single, unified company. Kibo will be run by Kenneth Frank. Vista Equity Partners acquired MarketLive and Shopatron in November of 2015.
