Vista Equity Partners Gets Investment From Dyal Capital

Austin-based private equity investor Vista Equity Partners, which manages around $14 billion in capital invested in software, data, and other technology companies, said it has received a minority investment of its own. Vista Equity Partners aid the passive investment came from Dyal Capital Partners, which is a unit of Neuberger Berman Group. Size of the investment was not disclosed. Vista Equity said the investment will help it expand its products and scale its business. The company said it will continue to maintain complete control over its operations.
