Upland Software Acquires Website Analytics Company

Austin-based Upland Software said late Monday that it has acquired a lien of products to expand its Digital Engagement product family, paying $8.2M in cash and up to $1.2M in earn out for an un-named, website analytics provider based in California. Name of that company was not announced. Upland said the acquisition--which was an asset acquisition--is its tenth in four year, and will add approximately $4.5M to its revenues in 2016.
