Advantix Acquires BlueKloud

Richardson, Texas-based Advantix said Monday that it has acquired BlueKloud, a developer of Internet-of-things technology for tracking corporate devices using beacons. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Advantix said the acquisition allows it to expand its expense management and tracking of devices to other assets. Advantix provides expense management for wireline and wireless communications devices.
