Accruent Buys Mainspring Healthcare Solutions

Austin-based asset and real estate management software developer Accruent announced this morning that it has acquired Mainspring Healthcare Solutions, a provider of software and technology to the U.S. hospital market. Financial details of the acquisition wer not disclosed. Mainspring develops a computerized, maintenance management product specifically designed for hospital operations management. Mainspring was founded in 1993 and is based in Boston, Massachusetts. Accruent is led by Mark Friedman.
