Accruent Buys Maintenance Connection

Austin-based Accruent announced this morning that it has acquired another company--this time, Maintenance Connection, a provider of computerized maintenance management software, used for facility management. Financial details of the buy were not announced. Accruent said the buy will help it add new cloud and mobile capabilities, plus M2M (machine-to-machine) predictive analytics tools. The company said it will continue to serving existing Maintenance Connection customers, and will offer up the new solutions as a complement to its existing physical resource management solutions. The acquisition is the second for Accruent this week. Accruent announced its acquisition of EMS Software on MOnday.
