Trintech Buys Chesapeake System Solutions

Dallas-based financial software developer Trintech has acquired Chesapeake System Solutions, a fellow developer of financial close software. Financial term sof the acquisition were not announced. Chesapeake System Solutions develops financial transaction account reconciliation and treasury software. Trintech says it will continue to offer, support, and extend Chesapeake's product line. Trintech is led by CEO Teresa Mackintosh.
