RF Code Expands Board

Austin-based RF Code, the provider of data center management and monitoring products, said this morning that it has named Bob Ridout to its board of directors. Ridout is the former VP and CIO of DuPoint, and is also an advisor to Salesforce.com, and a member of the advisory board of Insight Venture Partners. In addition, Ridout had served on the boards of Christiana Care Health System, Cordys (before it was acquired by Open Text), and Gravitant (before it was acquired by IBM).
