Hyphen Solutions Gets Private Equity Investment

Addison, Texas-based Hyphen Solutions, a developer of supply chain management software for the home building industry, has received a private equity investment from PWP Growth Equity, the company said today. Size of the investment was not announced. PWP Growth Equity is managed by Perella Weinberg Partners. Hyphen said the funding will go towards investing in people, systems, and processes, to help it add new customers and software products. Felix Vasquez, previously President and Chief Technology Officer of Hyphen, has been named CEO of the company as part of the funding. Chip Baird, David Ferguson, and Henry Heinerscheid of PWP Growth Equity will all join Hyphen's board as part of the funding; the companies said that Vaquero Capital advised Hyphen on the investment.
