Sirius Computer Solutions Sold To Kelso & Company

San Antonio-based Sirius Computer Solutions, and IT solutions integrator, has been sold to private equity investor Kelso & Company. Financial details of the deal were not announced. Sirius Computer Solutions had previously been owned by another, private equity investor, Thoma Bravo. Sirius Computer Solutions is led by Joe Mertens. The companies said that Harvey Najim, who was founder and Executive Chairman at Sirius Computer Solutions, will be retiring as a result of the sale, and will devote his time to charitable organizations in the San Antonio area.
