CompuCom Launches Managed Security Service

Plano-based CompuCom said today that it has launched a new, cloud-based managed security service, in part of an extension of a partnership with Intel. Compucom, which provides managed IT services and infrastructure to the Fortune 1000 market, said its new Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) service is powered by technology from Intel Security and Intel. Compucom said the new SIEM services will provide enterprise, commercial and small- and medium-sized businesses with security event management, correlation and advanced analytics. Pricing on the new offering was not announced.
