Texas Venture Summit Tallies Up $84M In Funding, Looks At 2016

The Texas Venture Summit, which had its very first year last year looking to match up investors with startups, says that in the last twelve months, companies that participated in its summit have seen more than $84M in funding events. The event organizer--which says it connected 27 companies with 42 companies last year--is ramping up for its second event on October 6th. The group says it is looking to bring around 0 expansion stage and over 60 growth stage technology companies with over 100 investors this year. The event is open to Texas technology companies. Texas Ventures Summit is produced by TEN Capital Group, which is led by Hall T. Martin.
