EQD Acquired By Consilio

Houston-based EQD, a provider of e-discovery services for the legal industry, has been acquired by Consilio, according to the two companies. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. EQD provides e-discovery, document review and litigation support services, in particular to the oil, gas, and energy sector. Consilio said EQD's "strong Texas presence" and its sector expertise will help it bolster its global capabilities and services.
