EMEX Buys TEA For Energy Consulting

Houston-based energy consulting firm EMEX announced this morning that it has acquired all of the assets of Texas Energy Aggregation (TEA). Financial term of the acquisition were not disclosed. EMEX said the acquisition came through a new subsidiary, EMEX Consolidated Partners (ECP). Both companies offer up energy supply consulting services for government and commercial entities.
