Accruent Acquires Verisae

Austin-based real estate and facilities management software developer Accruent announced this morning that it is has acquired Verisae, a developer of a cloud-based product used for facilities and asset management using the Internet-of-Things (IoT). Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Verisae had been based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The acquisition is the second acquisition by Accruent in as many weeks; the company acquired BIGCenter from Cushman & Wakefield, last week.
