CognitiveScale Gets Funding From Microsoft Ventures
Austin-based machine intelligence software developer CognitiveScale has received a strategic investment from Microsoft Ventures, the company said, as part of its Series B funding round. CognitiveScale has now raised over $25M in that funding round, according to the company. According to CognitiveScale, the funding will go towards powering new AI experiences on Microsoft HoloLens and Microsoft Azure. CognitiveScale's CEO is Akshay Sabhikh. The company previously announced the involvement of Norwest Venture Partners and Intel Capital in the investment round.
