CyrusOne Loses CFO
Dallas-based colocation and data center operator CyrusOne announced this morning that its Chief Financial Officer, Gregory R. Andrews, will be leaving the company, and will be replaced by Diane M. Morefield on November 14th. According to CyrusOne, Andrew is leaving to "pursue other interests". Morefield was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Strategic Hotels & Resorts, and board member and the audit chair for Spirit Realty Capital. She also had served at Equity International, the private equity investment firm run by Sam Zell, plus also spent time at Equity Office Properties Trust and Barclays Bank.
