Roper Technologies Acquires ConstructConnect

Roper Technologies, the parent company of The Woodlands, Texas-based On Center Software, has acquired US- and Canadian construction information and technology company ConstructConnect, the two said Monday afternoon. Roper said On Center Software will work with ConstructConnect to "explore opportunities to integrate product roadmaps and deliver expanded value" to its customers. Roper acquired On Center Software in July of 2015. On Center Software is led by President Angelo Castelli. ConstructConnect was previously owned by private equity investors Genstar Capital and Warburg Pincus.
