On Center Acquired By Roper Technologies

The Woodlands, Texas-based On Center Software, a developer of construction automation software, has been acquired by Roper Technologies, the two said Monday. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. On Center is led by Cecilia Padilla, and says it has over 40,000 users using its software for construction project management, estimates, and other processes. The companies said that On Center Software's executives will continue to operate out of The Woodlands.
