RealPage Sells Off Senior Living Referral Services

Richardson, Texas-based RealPage saidon Thursday that it has sold off assets related to its senior living referral services, to A Place for Mom, Inc.. RealPage said the deal was worth $5.0M, with $4.5M paid to the company at closing and $0.5M which will be paid to the company within 90 days after closing. The sale was detailed in its quarterly results, where the company said its total revenues rose 22 percent to $148.0M for its third quarter.
