Masergy Acquisition By Berkshire Partners Completes

Dallas-based networking and managed cloud services provider Masergy Communications is now officially owned by private equity investor Berkshire Partners, the two said on Wednesday, after the completion of an earlier announced acquisition. Financial terms of the acquisition have not been announced by the companies. Berkshire and Masergy had announced the deal in October. Masergy is led by Chris MacFarland.
