ACTIVE Network Buys Maximum Solutions

Dallas-based ACTIVE Network has acquired another company, the company announced on Wednesday, Maximum Solutions, a developer of software for recreation organizers, which manages facility reservation, activity registration, membership, point of sale, and league scheduling to intelligence tools, analytics, and marketing. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Maximum Solutions was based in Minneapolis, and was founded in 1994.
