Tritium Partners Seeks To Acquire Information, Digital Services Firms

Austin-based private equity investor Tritium Partners, which is headed by veterans of Austin Ventures, said today that it is launching a new acquisition platform, which will specifically look to buy companies in the information and digital service space. Tritium said the new effort will be led by Jason Hogg, of B2R Finance and the former CEO of Revolution Money. Tritium said the newly formed acquisition platform come from its Tritium I funds. Tritium manages over $700M in capital.
