Q2 Holdings Adds Spredfast's Lynn Atchison To Board

Austin-based digital banking software developer Q2 Holdings said on Thursday that it has named Lynn Atchison, the CFO of Spredfast, to its board of directors. Atchison has been chief financial officer at Spredfast since February of 2017, and also was previously CFO of HomeAway, where she had been from 2006 until shortly after HomeAway was acquired by Expedia in March of 2016. Atchison is also on the board of directors of the Austin Technology Council (ATC) and a founding member of Women@Austin.
