SailPoint Provides New Self Service Module

Austin-based enterprise identity management software developer SailPoint said very late Sunday evening that it has launched a new, "self-service"module as part of its IdentityNow product line. The company said the Access Request service lets IT teams delegate the responsibility of managing access to their businesses, reducing the administration and help desk burden of adding users.
