Serendipity Labs Coworking Plans Location In Dallas

Serendipity Labs Coworking, a developer of co-working spaces, says it is planning to open a coworking location in Dallas, at the KPMG Plaza at HALL Arts in the Dallas Arts District. Serendipity Labs said it will open a 29,000-square foot workplace on the building's 17th floor and lobby level. As part of the planned coworking space, Serendipity Labs said it has received an investment from Craig Hall, the founder and chairman of HALL Group, the owner of HALL Arts.
