Complai, Maker Of Shep, Raises $1.4M
Austin-based Complai, the company behind the Shep business travel management Chrome extension, has raised $1.4M in a seed funding round, the company said late Thursday. The funding was led by Moonshots Capital, and also included the Capital Factory, along with such angel investors as Nthe former CEO of Sabre, Kathy Misunas; former President of Travelocity Business, Ellen Keszler; Co-founder of SoFi, Jim Finnigan; ex-CMO of HomeAway and Visa Europe, Mariano Dima. Complai, led by CEO Daniel Senyard, develops a product which lets employees book travel on their favorite travel sites, while still providing visibility into that travel to corporate travel managers. As part of the funding, Craig Cummings, co-founder and General Partners of Moonshots Capital, has joined Complai's board. More information »
