General LED Acquires The Acolyte Group

San Antonio-based General LED Holdings, a developer of architectural LED lighting products, said late last week that it has acquired New York-based Acolyte Group, a provider of fully-integrated, LED lighting systems. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. General LED Holdings is backed by private equity investor The CapStreet Group. Steven Moya is CEO and President of General LED.
