101 Commerce Finds $12.7M

Austin-based 101 Commerce, which buys and develops private label brands based on Amazon, has raised $12.7M in a funding round, according to a regulatory filing by he company. The filing said 101 Commerce raised $12,745,520 in total in its round. The company did not announce the size of the funding, but did say this week that it raised funding from Next Coast Ventures, 3L Capital, HomeAway's Brian Sharples, and RetailMeNot's Cotter Cunningham. The startup is led by Richard Jalichandra.
