Asure Completes Acquisition Of HR Software From HRnext

Austin-based Asure Software, the developer of human resources software, has completed its purchase of the source code from HRnext Holdings, a developer of human resources management software product aimed at the small and mid-sized business and payroll service market. Asure--which had announced the acquisition last week--said it had previously been reselling an application, developed by HRnext, as part of its integrated Small to Mid-Size business platform. Financial details of the deal were not announced. Asure said the deal was important to bring the HR solution in house. HRnext will continue to develop and market the product under their company name to new partners and customers, according to Asure Software.
