RetailMeNot Names New CTO

Austin-based RetailMeNot announced on Wednesday that it has named Vivek Sagi as its new Chief Technology Officer. Sagi was most recently head of product and engineering for Amazon Business Procurement Solutions and Chief Technology Officer for Woot.com, according to the company. RetailMeNot said Sagi moved to Austin as part of an effort to start Amazon Business Procurement Solutions. Sagi also served at Vungle, NewBrandAnalytics, and ServiceLive, along with Deloitte Consulting and Selectica. RetailMeNot operates an online service which connects consumers with coupons and deals at retailers.
