CyrusOne Completes Zenium Buy

Dallas-based data center operator CyrusOne says it has completed its acquisition of European data center operator Zenium Data Centers. The acquisition--which had been announced in December of 2017--was worth $442M. According to CyrusOne, the deal will help it expand its global footprint into London and Frankfurt, two of Europe's largest data center markets. The company called the deal a "significant expansion opportunity"
