CyrusOne Completes $400M Cervalis Buy

Dallas-based CyrusOne said last week that it has completed its acquisition of Cervalis Holdings, a New York area data center operator. The acquisition had originally been announced in April. CyrusOne paid $400M in cash for Cervalis, which operates four data center facilities and work area recovery facilities in the New York metropolitan area. CyrusOne says it now has a total of 31 data centers worldwide.
