Rollick Rounds Up $8.3M
Austin-based affinity buying program Rollick Outdoor, which helps people buy power sports, RV, marine, and other similar areas, said on Thursday that it has raised $8.3M in a Series A funding round. The funding was led by LiveOak Venture partners, and also included Anthem Venture Partners and ManchesterStory Group, plus Silverton Partners, Autotech Ventures and Capital Factory. As part of the funding, LiveOak's Krishna Srinivasan joins the company's board of directors. Rollick Outdoor's affinity buying platform is focused on the military, first responders, and other affinity groups, providing discounted pricing on powersports, RV, marine and industrial equipment. Rollick said a portion of the funding went to fund the acquisition of AVALA Marketing Group in late September.
