Rollick, AVALA Merge Brands Post-Acquisition

Austin-based Rollick, which offers up an affinity buying program for the recreational and industrial equipment industry, says it has merged its brand with AVALA Marketing Group, and created a new re-branded company called Rollick, Inc.. According to Rollick, the new, combined organization will provide a unified infrastructure of technology and marketing solutions for its customers. AVALA's flagship marketing software, called Aimbase, plus Rollick's SalesDriver Dealer Solution and GoRollick Vehicle Buying Program, also will be reworked into the company's new brand. Rollick's venture backers include LiveOak Venture Partners, Anthem Venture Partners, ManchesterStory Group, Silverton Partners, Autotech Ventures and Capital Factory.
