Dallas Still In Running For Amazon's HQ2

Dallas is still among the top contenders for Amazon HQ2, the effort by e-commerce giant Amazon to create a second headquarters location, after hitting saturation in its home market of Seattle. According to a report in the Wall Street Journal this morning, Dallas--along with Crystal City, Virginia and New York City--is one of the cities in late stage negotiations with Amazon for opening the huge, second headquarters for the e-commerce behemoth. Amazon has said that the second headquarters would have just as many employees and importance as its first headquarters in Seattle. The report said it's possible that multiple cities may end up with Amazon satellite operations as a result of their HQ2 efforts.
