Interplay Learning Adds Austin's Sam Decker To Board
Austin-based Interplay Learning, which offers up online training for skilled trades using 3D and virtual reality simulation, has added longtime Austin tech veteran Sam Decker to its board of directors, the company said this week. Veteran is currently co-founder of Chairman of Fair Worlds, which provides augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) experiences, and was the founding CMO Bazaarvoice, in addition to serving as co-founder and CEO of Mass Relevance, co-founder of Clearhead (sold to Accenture), and was co-founder of Capital Factory. Interplay Learning's tools offer up 3D-enabled and virtual reality simulations for training workers in the skilled labor area, including those working in heating and air conditioning (HVAC), electricians, plumbers, and others.
