eRelevance Suddenly Shuts Down
Austin-based eRelevance, a developer of customer marketing automation software, has shut down, according to the company's CEO. According to co-foudner and CEO Bob Fabio, due to "an unexpected situation", the company "ceased its operations" on April 15th. No other details on the shutdown were provided. eRelevance was venture backed by Rally Ventures, Chicago Ventures, Miramar Venture Partners, Martin Investment Holdings and Capital Factory. eRelevance was founded in 2013, and had raised at least $13.7M in total funding.
