Mouser Electronics Expands In Vietnam

Dallas-based Mouser Electronics, a big electronics distributor, is expanding its efforts in Vietnam, with a new "Customer Service Center" in the country. According to Mouser, the new Vietnam Customer Service Center is in Ho Chi Minh City, and will go to support local electronic design engingers, buyers, and others. Mouser says it now has a total of 26 service locations, with 10 in the Asia Pacific region. The distributor said that Vietnam is "quickly becoming an important hub" for global original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and electronics manufacturing services (EMS).
