Thru Buys Australian Firm

Dallas-based Thru, a developer of file transfer software, said Thursday that it has acquired Rumble Australia Pty Ltd, a developer of digital asset management (DAM) software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Thru said the acquisition will help strengthen its portfolio of cloud-based services for the enterprise. Thru develops software used to distribute and track files in the software, financial services, architecture, manufacturing, and professional services area.
