Tyler Technologies Buys ERP Software Firm

Dallas-based Tyler Technologies has acquired a maker of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software for the school and government market, the firm said Friday. Tyler said it has acquired Nashua, N.H.-based UniFund LLC, hiring UniFund's approximately 30 employees. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Tyler Technologies said that UniFund has total revenues of approximately $5.5M in 2011. UniFund develops its own software, and also resells Tyler's school enterprise products.
