Vivify Health Finds Funding

Plano-based Vivify Health, a provider of software for remote patient monitoring and patient followup, said Tuesday that it has received a Series B funding round. The strategic investment came from Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings (LabCorp) and Envision Healthcare Holdings. Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed. Vivify Health said it will use the funding to accelerate development of its product. LabCorp gains a seat on the board of Vivify with the funding. Vivify also said it is backed by Heritage Group and Ascension Health Ventures. Vivify is led by Eric Rock. More information »
