Vuevent Acquired By TrellisSoft

Austin-based Vuevent, which develops event application and marketing software, announced this morning that it has been acquired by California-based TrellisSoft. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Vuevent said that it had raised $1.4M in total seed funding, from Inizio Capital and angels. Brent Shafer was CEO at Vuevent.
