Alchemy Systems Acquires Wisetail

Austin-based Alchemy Systems, which provides training software for the food and retail sector, said this morning that it has acquired Bozeman, Montana-based Wisetail. Wisetail is a developer of learning management software used by restaurants, retailers, and franchises to educate and train employees in their company culture. Alchemy said Wisetail's customers include ShakeShack, BJs Restaurants, Jamba Juice, Einstein Bros. Bagels, The Cheesecake Factory, Bonobos, and SoulCycle.
