Perot Systems Acquires JJWild

Plano, Texas-based Perot Systems said Monday that it has agreed to acquire JJWild, a provider of integrated healthcare delivery solutions. The deal was worth $89M. JJWild is based in Canton, Massachusetts and provides services for hospitals and the healthcare industry. Perot Systems said that all of JJWild's employees will join Perot Systems. Perot said that it expects JJWild to report 2007 revenues of between $80M to $90M.
