Perot Systems Promotes Two Executive Staffers

Information technology services provider Perot Systems Corp. revealed Monday that it has promoted two key executives and expanded the role of its president and CEO. Russell Freeman, Perot Systems' chief financial officer, has been elevated to chief operating officer. John Harper, vice president and director of corporate development, will succeed Freeman. The firm also said that Peter Altabef, president and CEO, will join the executive committee of the company's board of directors. All moves will take effect Aug. 15, Perot Systems said. Perot Systems is headquartered in Plano, Texas.
