FiveRuns Acquired By Workthink

Austin-based FiveRuns, a developer of Ruby on Rails analysis and development tools, has been acquired by Workthink, according to a notice on the firm's web site. No details on the acquisition have been announced. In addition to the acquisition, FiveRuns says that its FiveRuns Dash software is being discontinued on October 16th. FiveRuns had shut down its Manage service in August. FiveRuns had raised around $9.2M in funding from Austin Ventures.
