glendonTodd Buys Aztec Systems

Dallas-based private equity firm glendonTodd Capital announced today that it has acquired Carrollton-based Aztec Systems, a provider of IT outsourcing and business services. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. glendonTodd said that Aztec provides its enterprise technology solutions to over 700 U.S. middle market companies.
