Ranger Wireless Acquired By Satori Capital

Dallas-based Ranger Wireless, a provider of wireless, telecom services, has been acquired by Dallas-based private equity investor Satori Capital, the two announced today. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Ranger Wireless provides a customer care product which connects wireless subscribers with customer support when they dial 611. Satori said the move is part of a strategy to acquire a portfolio of IT and telecom service providers. As part of the acquisition, Satori Capital said the it has named John H. Ofenloch Jr. as PResident and CEO of Ranger Wireless.
