Round Rock Data Center Integrator Acquired

The Round Rock, Texas-based data center integration business of Arvato Digital Services has been acquired by consulting, engineering, and construction management firm Fortress International Group, Fortress said this morning. Fortresss said it paid approximately $1.5 million in cash for the business, which it says generated over $10M in annualized revenue last year. According to Fortress, Arvato's Round Rock business provides custom rack layout design and configuration for large enterprise IT solutions, including storage, networking equipment, servers, cabling, power, and cooling. The business focused on the modular/containerized data center market.
